RETURNS
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. All items must be returned unused. All original packaging will be returned with the product, without having been tampered with.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached in the original packaging.
- The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If an item arrives damages at our warehouse, Atelier Belge can not accept your return.
- Exchanging an item is unfortunately not possible, return your item and place a new order.
- Should you receive an item in a less than perfect state, please report it to our Customer Service via service@atelierbelge.eu.
